Actually getting through interviews when your brain works differently
I'm great at my job and terrible at selling myself in an interview. I blank on pre-rehearsed stories, get overwhelmed by group assessments, and fixate on one hard question while losing the thread of everything else.
Neurodivergent-friendly interview strategies would be amazing. Also โ companies like Atypical Advantage and Nagarro run neuro-affirming hiring. Has anyone applied there, and what was different?
